For over 30 years, I’ve sat with people in the places they couldn’t bring anywhere else. I’ve walked alongside folks as they navigate the deep waters of grief, as they encounter the pattern that keeps returning or the awareness that there is something beneath the pain asking for attention.

About Kirstin
My Master’s degree is in counseling psychology but my heart is rooted in energy medicine and holistic care. I work from the belief that we are spiritual beings having a human experience—and that healing happens when we learn to trust our depths and inner timing, welcome what arises, and move with intention.
